Part Managed (Let & Rent Collection) – 8%*
Tenant find only – 2 weeks rent*
*Fees are negotiable dependant on property type and portfolio size

Tenancy Set Up Fee (Managed Properties Only) – £150.00
Inventories – POA (dependant on bedroom size & furnishing type)
Change over period works overseeing charge – 10%
