Full Management – 12%*

Part Managed (Let & Rent Collection) – 10%*
Tenant find only – 2.5 weeks rent*

*Fees are negotiable dependant on property type and portfolio size

Inventories/Check Outs – POA (dependant on bedroom size & furnishing type)

Individual Tenancy Arrangement – £50 per room
