The Renters’ Rights Bill is on its way, and with it comes new requirements for paperwork that must be served to tenants, expected to be available from March. To help keep everything running smoothly and ensure compliance, we’ll be taking care of serving the necessary documentation as part of our service for all Fully Managed landlords to ensure the tenancy remains legally enforceable under the new changes.
