This week, we have observed a significant increase in student enquiries, along with a corresponding rise in lettings for our student properties. This trend aligns with students returning to Brighton following the Christmas break and reading week. Conversations with students during recent viewings have highlighted their eagerness to secure accommodation for the next academic year as soon as possible.
