We’re really proud of our in-house maintenance services, which handle small to medium-sized jobs efficiently and to a high standard—and our landlords are seeing the benefits. This week, Myles and Zoe were at one of our properties on Riley Road tackling a range of tasks for a client: weeding, dismantling a brick/concrete BBQ, and repainting the rear of the house in preparation for a larger refurbishment.

We sourced quotes from local contractors for this work, which came in at over £700.  We were able to complete the job for just £440—including removal of 25 bags of rubbish. It’s a win-win: the landlord saves significantly, and we keep the work (and quality control) within our own business.
