January was an exceptionally busy month for us  with our ongoing project on London Road, where we are overseeing the transformation of a derelict site into seven high-quality flats ranging from one to three bedrooms; and we look forward to bringing them  to market very soon. In addition to our in-house maintenance services, we provide comprehensive project management for larger-scale developments and refurbishments – Myles has even been personally involved in the plumbing works this week! Our service includes overseeing construction works, coordinating contractors, arranging architects for extensions and everything in between.
