We’ve started using powerful new software that lets us digitally furnish empty properties with beautiful, lifelike interiors. The results? Genuinely impressive.
Instead of plain, empty rooms, your property can now be shown as a warm, inviting home, helping potential tenants instantly picture themselves living there. It makes a huge difference, especially for listings that need a little help sparking imagination.
Since rolling this out a couple of months ago, we’ve noticed a real increase in enquiries and engagement on the listings where we’ve used virtual staging.

We’re now offering virtual staging as standard on all unfurnished property adverts, at no extra cost. The only catch is that we need clear photos of empty rooms and can’t apply it to images with tenants’ belongings. We would capture vacant photos in the void period so they can be used in the future.
